Being an effective leader is a challenging task. Our seven-day programme (between September and December 2003) offers participants the opportunity to explore and develop some of the key skills of leadership.
Programme Design
The programme blends praccice and theory. using an approach which is both experiential and refleCtive.The methodology will be practical and will build on real life situations.The programme IS designed ar0und three interlinked elements: Personal Awareness. Professional Development and Applying the Learning.
The course will be of value to those who are new to leadership or to experienced leaders who want to refresh their understanding of leadership practice.
