Barney Kessel Benefit Barney Kessel (pictured) is one of the great names of jazz guitar. He has been unable to work since suffering a stroke ten years ago. and has an inoperable brain tumour which now requires hospice care. Bill Kyle and guitar fanatic Gordon Wright want to repay some of the immense pleasure Barney has provided by helping in an international fund- raising appeal.
