682 £6.61 per hour plus appropriate enhancements Location: Usher Hall
Applicants must have clerical experience. including cash handling. cash reconciliation. telephone and keyboard skills. with experience of working in a computerised box office or similar environment. Good communication skills. ability to use initiative and willingness to learn new skills are required. An ability to maintain the highest standards of customer care in this very busy concert hall is essential.
Knowledge of the Wembley Ticketing System would be helpful although full training will be given. A genuine enthusiasm for and knowledge of the performing arts would be an advantage.

You will be joining our new Cultural Services Team at a time when we are expanding to deliver new programmes, projects, events and activities which promote culture, local history and social inclusion.
Based at the Lillie Art Gallery, Milngavie, you will provide a reception and enquiry service, assist with the operation of the museum/gallery shop or other sales outlet and assist with the mounting of museum/gallery displays and exhibitions, events and activities.
To succeed in this post you should be an enthusiastic individual with an interest in visual art or social history, have a good standard of education, knowledge ofcollections/museums maintenance and experience of working with the public. Retail and events experience desirable.
