Inspired by i the section of the same name in this very magazine. the film won a Royal Television Society Award for Best Regional Programme. He's currently developing a low-budget DV feature film to be shot in London next year but is keeping the details strictly under wraps. MARTIN MORRISON, WRITER, DIRECTOR Background Morrison studied filmmaking at Napier University, where he made two student films, Kettle People for Channel 4 and Arch Enemy. He then worked as assistant editor then editor and finally director, making other shorts including What Do Busy People Do All Day?. a best short Scottish BAFTA winner. Surf '3 Up for Channel 4's road movie series and Blaggers for Channel 4's Dogme series. Morrison's passion is for dramas, but he earns a living making factual films such as the documentary about the history of hardcore porn, A Hundred Years Of Hardcore. to be screened on Channel 4 in June. He has two features in development, Manthing and lAm Debbie Davies.

Frog. a nightmare fantasy which he directed and created the animatronic effects over eighteen months in a shed at the bottom of the garden. Frog scored highly at the BAFTA Scotland New Talent awards. SUNNI O’CONNOR, PRODUCER/DIRECTOR Background O'Connor began her career supplementing video work with earnings as a lighting technician at the Edinburgh International Festival. She completed an MA in film and television at Napier University where she made ten shorts back to back. O'Connor has also co- produced the German film And She Smi/ed and has since produced and directed the ‘arty documentaries' Poster Wars. Metacorpus: Animated Body Appendages and Metacorpus: The Documentary as well as a drama. The Wee Secret. O‘Connor is currently producing the New Found Land film Saved with writer-director Christeen Winifield and developing an all-girl road movie feature. A Long Way Home. with two female comedians.
