Background Johnston studied visual communication at the ECA. Her graduation film, Body And Sow. made wrth fellow student Adrian J. MacDowall. won the BAFTA New Talent award last year. She produced the BAFTA Best Short Film wrnner Who's My Favourite Girl? With her ECA cohorts MacDowall. Kenny Gold and Joern Utkilen, and is currently working with the same team on Toon Fair.

ADRIAN J. MACDOWALL, WRITER/DIRECTOR Background MacDowall studied film at ECA. graduating in 2000 wrth his enormously popular debut Who My Favourite Girl. The film went on to reap numerous accolades. not least the 1999 BAFTA award for Best Short Film, and is showing this month on FilmFour as part of the Made In Britain season. Havrng recently completed his Masters at ECA. MacDowall's follow- up. Toon Fair. was made With funding through Cineworks and is due to premiere at this year's EIFF. He is currently developing storyboards for four feature films and writing a comedy drama series in collaboration wrth four other writers.
