Puccini’s passionate tale of opera diva Floria Tosca is updated from 19th century Rome to the turbulent days of Mussolini’s 1940s fascist Italy. Nina Rautio, David Rendall and Terje Stensvold fill the leading roles, under the directorship of Anthony Besch and baton of Richard Farnes. Sung in Italian with supertitles.
