From my vantage point behind the “weather map" of a bar I had a great opportunity to check out the crowd.
Standing underneath the huge chandelier was a group of guys cele- brating a stag night who’d come in after a couple of hours ice skating - yup you read that correctly. After serving them J&B and cola, long over ice, what else would they be drinking?
A few years ago they could’ve been coming to this place to get fitted for their outfits, not for a drink.
