Callum Innes and Patrick Heron Wed 4 Aug—Sat ll Sep. Edinburgh artist Calltttn Innes shows new paintings in a rare showing of his work on home ground. Innes has been nominated for major art prizes including the Turner attd Jerwood and last year. he was the winner of the prestigious £26,000 Nat West Prize for Painting. Showing alongside his work is a memorial tribute to Patrick Heron who died earlier in the year. An important figure in the development of post-war abstract art. this exhibition features eleven coloured etchings which Heron completed in March this year. See preview.
