The museum opens its doors for free to let ou see the exterior and interior of a vast array of vehicles, both old an new and you can find out all about the glorious past of the Clyde when it was a shipbuilding empire. Or you can sit yourself down in an old tram and feel the nostalgia sweep over you.

Glasgow Botanic Gardens

Glasgow Cathedral

A stone-built church has stood on this site since l 136 and the lower church contains the shrine of St Mttngo. who died iii ()03; however most of the present building dates from the |3th or lSth centuries. the most notable exception being the stained-glass windows. renowned as one of the fittest post-war collections in the country. Sunday services take place at l lam and 6.30pm and there are daily prayers at noon. Oh. and the necropolis is well worth a wander round as well.
