The Press and Marketing Officer will assist in all aspects of the department’s work, but will concentrate in particular on press relations. Following a successful application to the National lottery, Scottish Cultural Enterprise is creating the following job opportunities, to help us realise this exciting new initiative.
The aim of YOTA is to demonstrate the contribution of individual artists to the creativity and well being of communities throughout Scotland. Our main activities will be funding the creation of 100 artists resi- dencies across all art forms between June 2000 and May 2001, managing a creativity development events programme and running a marketing campaign.
We are looking for well-organised people with arts experience and proficiency in MS Office to fill the following posts:
Programme Director
£17,000 per annum
Your main responsibility will be managing the overall success of the residency programme. Administrator
£14,000 per annum
You will be responsible for full executive secretarial support to SCE and making administrative arrange- ments to ensure that all aspects of YOTA run smoothly.
Marketing, PR /Fundraising Director - terms negotiable
You will be responsible for working with our sponsorship partners, leading and developing the PR and press strategy and marketing YOTA.
Posts of fixed terms of 18 months maximum and we are flexible about job shares. secondments. hours. Offices in Glasgow West End.
