VASCO (Voluntary Arts Scotland) exists to support and encourage people to take part in the arts and crafts in Scotland. We provide information, mining and development for voluntary arts organi- sations and work with the arts funding system. the voluntary sector. arts development oflicers and others to further the development of the sector.
Applications for the post of Contact Officer are invited on an employed salaried basis or as a freelance worker. You are computer literate. work well on your own initiative and have a sound grasp of the cultural sector in Scotland and in particular the voluntary arts. You can research and proof-read documents and you can set up meetings and training events. As our part time Contact Officer you will provide information for practitioners. voluntary and paid organisers. arts officers and Others concerned with the voluntary arts in Scotland.
