Divine‘s weekly night has developed into one of the finest funk breakbeat nights in the country. It may be easiest to describe what they do as big beat. but really it's a staggering combination of hip hop. soul. funk. electro. jump-up. ragga and reggae.

For music think: all back to mine vibe. pulling out your all time favourite records and others you forgot you had. Look out for extra special guests in the very near future.
I Psy-phi at The Sub Club. llpm ~3am. £4 (£3) guest nights are £6. Phar ()ut's Paul Caw'ley embarking on a voyage of hip hop. drum 'n' bass and generally music with the funk. This is the man. He was part of Afrika Bambaata's Zulu Nation. and worked with the seminal Def Jam. He doesn‘t just play hip hop. he is hip hop. 5 Nov Kruder and Dorfmeister from Vienna guest. No. they definitely are. they promised us they were coming this time and absolutely no messing about like their no-show in July. When they
get here they will be DJing in ajazzy. funky electronica. dope beats and drum ‘n‘ bass style.
