FOLLOWING THE SUCCESS of our previous editions, The List Eating 81 Drinking Guide 1998 is set to expand again. To be published on 16 April, the new Guide will feature even better coverage of restaurants, bistros, cafes and pubs in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
We are looking for a few new contributors who have extensive experience of eating out, to review selected restaurants in both cities during February. Reviewers will be allowed to dine With a partner free of charge at each restaurant reviewed, and will receive a small fee for each review, but will be expected to pay for drinks.
Applicants should demonstrate their knowledge of food and the restaurant world, as well as an ability to write lively, concise and informative copy, by submitting two sample rewews of 150—200 words, plus c.v. to:—
