Reflexology
Reflexologists believe that stimulating the nerve endings in particular zones of the feet causes a reflex response in a connected major organ in the body. Just don’t go playing any
foot-tapping jazz.
Reiki
Japanese Reiki (rhymes with wakey, wakey) is rooted in the Eastern concept of chi. Reiki
practitioners aim to stimulate the body's own self-healing process, relieving stress, migraine, asthma, psoriasis, insomnia, arthritis and back
pain.
Shiatsu and acupressure Shiatsu is the Japanese system of acupressure. The therapist assesses the patient's chi and uses massage and other advice to realign and unblock energy channels. Works well for musculo-skeletal problems as well as allergic and functional problems such as migraine, gynaecological and digestive disorders.

Shen
Based on the concept that we lock old emotional pain in our bodies, Shen uses hand- directed energy flows to relax long-standing tensions, allowing emotions to release.~ Effective with anxiety, depression, post- traumatic stress as well as PMT, migraine and irritable bowel.
Therapeutic massage
This massage takes on more than just muscles, joints and baby oil. It works on a physical, emotional and Spiritual level. Clients invariably find emotions get the better of them, which is where the practitioner's counselling expertise comes into play.
Yoga
Yoga's facelift has taken Hollywood by storm. The most original and ancient form of yoga, SOOO-year-old Astanga, is making a comeback. Practised by Sting and Madonna, Astanga combines the sweat of an aerobic workout with stamina-building and posture-improving choreographic movement. And in under-floor heated halls too.
