This is a challenging post which requires communication skills of the highest order, an understanding of issues which are faced by those who live in adverse circumstances in an area of multiple deprivation and how these issues can affect a young person's education. A working knowledge of the school system is preferred. Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent.
