Meals such as Escabeche de Pescado, pickled Mediterranean fish, and Cerdo Asada 0 La Ri’ojano, roast pork larded with garlic and served with fried pimentos, are a couple of the dishes which will be gracing your tastebuds — matching Miguel Torres wines will slake any attendant thirst.
