Battle of Stirling Bridge 700th Anniversary Various venues. info: 01786 401297. Until 9 ()ct. September sees the 700th anniversary of William Wallace's victory at Stirling Bridge. The series ofevents and exhibitions in and around Stirling will reach a fevered height on the actual anniversary date. I 1 Sept. A mix of sport. colour. music. theatre. noise and fun will conclude with an outdoor spectacular and a stunning new exhibition which will explore the legend of Wallace himself.
