Louise Quinn
Singer for Glasgow-based band Mod}:
'Sometimes I make appointments to go and view flats, even though I can't afford it, so I can have a wee nosy around other peoples' places and that's quite exciting.
'It started off when I actually was looking for a place, but then I thought one day I'd look at one of these flats totally out of my price range, to see what it was like. Then I got into looking at more places, mostly in the West End of Glasgow, just to see them. I suppose it's just escapism, thinking that maybe one day I could get a place like that.
'Just to cheer myself up, what I often do is put my gloves on my feet and jump around the house wearing them like that. It sounds odd, but it's funny and it
always works for me.’
