As part of the Glasgow-wide event which allows people to peek behind the scenes in the city‘s major cultural centres. the GRCH presents a day of music and exhibitions. The Exhibition Hall and Foyers contain stands manned by members of the Children‘s Music Foundation. Scottish Opera. the Glasgow Phoenix Choir. the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland. the City of Glasgow Chorus and others. Concerts in the main auditorium include the RSNO at 1pm and the Phoenix Choir at 2.15pm.

The Country Opera Company present a Highland opera by Peter lsaac (libretto) and Eddie McGuire (composer). directed by Peter Isaac and Philip Parr. In 1427. Helen Gunn is abducted from her wedding and all the male guests are killed by the Keith clan. When she commits suicide. it triggers a 500-year war between the Gunns and the Keiths.
