The story centres on a poor Breton miller. his wife. their rich landlord and the earthy magic that binds them together.

I Piper’s Cave Experimental Edinburgh- based company Boilerhouse take to the road with one of two shows they staged at this year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Directed by Paul Pinson. this play. written by multiple award-winning Scottish playwright Rona Munro has taken twelve years to get from page to stage. but judging by audience and critical reaction its study of men. women. and women's potential for violence is far from dated.
