ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

You will be a member of the Management Team, with neSponsibility for efficient and effective administration of the organisation. The post is full-time (35 hours). Salary: NJC scale APIV points 27-30 (£15,126 to £16,791)

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (Volunteer Bureaux)

You will be part of our Volunteer Bureau Unit. helping to provide support and development services to the network of Volunteer Bureaux throughout Scotland. The post is part-time (2| hours) Salary: NIC scale APIV points 27-30 (£15,126 to £16,791 pro rata)

PROMOTIONS and MARKETING OFFICER

You will be a member of our Policy and Promotions Team, helping us to promote volunteering and to develop effective marketing strategies for the organisation and its services. The post is part-time (17.5 hours) Salary: NJC scale APIV points 27-30 (£15,126 to £16,791 pro rata)

DATABASE OPERATOR / CLERICAL ASSISTANT

You will responsible for the maintenance and development of our customer data base and assist with general clerical work. The post is part-time (15 hours) Salary: NJC scale Gen 3 points 13-15 (£10,356 to £10.800 pro rata)

Based at Paisley Arts Centre, you will be responsible to the Principal Arts Officer for ensuring the efficient operation of accounting procedures and front of house management and will assist in the preparation, promotion and marketing of an extensive programme. Duties include staff supervision and training, organisation and monitoring of work rotas and stock

Applicants must hold at least a National Certificate in Arts Administration and have a minimum of one year's administrative experience working in an Arts environment. Supervisory experience and an H.\'C in Arts Administration are highly desirable. A knowledge of Community Arts or the Theatre and good planning and organisation skills are essential. The ability to use your initiative and work under pressure are pre-requisites. This post is not suitable for job share. (Ref. 15/518)

£10,356 - £11,064 plus weekend and unsocial hours

You will be responsible to the Town Halls Officer for the provision and control of technical services to Town Hall and Community Centre users in terms of stage preparation, lighting and sound.

Duties include arranging lighting and sound requirements for performers, assisting users with technical advice and giving practical assistance where necessary. You will ensure the storage and transport of equipment, scenery, etc, the maintenance and repair of all technical equipment and that safety requirements for both public and staff are adhered to.

Candidates must possess a relevant qualification and have at least 1-2 years’ experience of relevant theatre sound and lighting provision as well as experience of general electrical maintenance.

You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, be capable of working to deadlines, have a flexible approach to work patterns and be prepared to work in any of the Halls throughout the District. This post is not suitable for job share.
