MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT
OFFICER SALARY £19,308 - £21,000
The King's Theatre has recently established a new marketing base and now requires an experienced and dynamic person to co-ordinate operations. implement new initiatives and play an imponant role as a member of the theatre's management team.
The successful applicant will hold an appropriate degree and / or recognised marketing qualification and have extensive marketing and development experience in a theatre or ans orientated environment. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the marketing mix and business sponsorship activities. You must also have proven abilities in utilising and developing computerised marketing tools.
The successful applicant will also have the ability to communicate effectively. He / she will be skilled in forward planning and time management and have a flexible attitude to working hours. Experience in working with young people and / or liaising with schools and other young groups will be an advantage.

Sense Salary Scale Pt 22 to Pt 31 (£12,915 - £17,325)
This new post has arisen at our Head Office in Elliot Place and the postholder will provide a full user oriented personnel service to all departments of Sense Scotland, including Recruitment; Training; Payroll; Staff Welfare; Policy; Projects and general personnel duties.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years general personnel management experience and demonstrate an understanding and working knowledge of Employment Law and personnel good practice. Additionally they should have experience of implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of personnel policies and have attained, or be Working towards an IPD qualification.
