JAZZ MUSIC
accomplished saxophonist Laura MacDonald is one of three young Scottish musicians to have won scholarships to Berklee College this summer. Two of them are women saxophonists. and it is heartening to see them make their mark on an instrument which is usually associated with a hard-blowing male ethos.
