The film looks at the way rape allegations are investigated by subjecting two actors - a man and a woman — to the real procedures. including police interrogation. medical examination and counselling. There follows a full trial using an actual judge and jury. Extracts from the trial will be shown on daytime Scottish to allow viewers a chance to hear the evidence before the verdict is delivered in the second part. next week.
