The home of a fine collection of works. from the Renaissance to Post- 1mpressionism. including Velazquez. El Greco. Rembrandt. Gainsborough. Degas. Van Gogh and Scottish Colourists. ShanW oi the Forest Until 19 Dec. An exhibition of prints of the Barbizon School featuring works by Millet. Daubigny, Rousseau and Corot. The 80 prints come from the British Museum and illustrate the way the artists worked directly from nature an approach known as plein air - and went on to influence the French lmpressionists and the Dutch Hague School Printmakers. by whom there is also a group of works.
