With a playlist consisting mainly of assorted indie tracks. but venturing cautiously towards dance territory by the inclusion of the likes ofGary Clail and The Shamen. Edinburgh's busiest club at the moment? A strong contender. for sure.

I Ital at Liberty‘s. 10pm—3am. £2.50. 21 June and monthly. It's back! Edinburgh‘s ltal Club ran from ‘76 to '83. playingthe best reggae to a wildly enthusiastic crowd. Now two of the old promoters — and founder 1)] Pappa Swi — return with every intention ofcreating the same stir. Whether you‘re a natty dread or baldhead. their selection of roots. lovers. revives. dee-jay and dance is bound to get you going. I Marley‘s Reggae Klub at Network 2. 10.30pm—4am. £2. Another reggae night (as if you couldn't guess). still running after an incredible thirteen years. Can be a little retrospective at times. but nevertheless always busy.
