By tollowlng a pair of garden gnomes on a trip to the wider world, children are transported through an urban jungle of adventure playgrounds patrolled by Bad Dogs who turn out Good, cruel road drills stopped in theirtracks, and Wide-Boy Cats who long for (and get, in the end) a comfy home lite.
