Cl Ltd is committed to improving the employment prospects of young people with special needs through a programme of training and work experience delivered by Ci Youth Training (CIYT) and the Cl Scheme (CIS). The other member of the Group is Cl Employment Training. The Job:
Due to internal promotion. we need someone to assrst in the day to day running of our 400 place CIYT scheme. This; includes the provrsion and monitoring of training programmes ensuring financial and administrative systems are being followed
The Person:
Ideally you should have a working knowledge of the youth training scene employment legislation, With a staff of 35. you must also be experienced in managing people in a high pressure ertvrronment The Salary:
£12,060 per annum rising to £12060 per annum, A pension scheme is to be introduced shortly.
