Northern Horizons: New Art From Norway Until 30 Sept. Under the auspices ofthe Norwegian government the gallery has sent an exhibition to Scandinavia and in return three Norwegian painters and one sculptor will be showing here.
Lou Smith and Janette McCallum Until 30 Sept. Paintings depicting the deep sea fantasies of unlikely fish and sea-monsters by Lou Smith. Also landscape based abstract paintings by Janette McCallum as well as her illustrations she has completed for a friend‘s book on living with a disability.
New Talent Until 30 Sept. Arlene lsbister. Alice llannigan and Julia McNair. all recent graduates of Edinburgh College of Art display recently completed paintings and tapestries.

Springburn Mothers Four women from the Elmvale Primary School Parent Teacher Association got together to create this exhibition which uses family photographs to look back in time over their lives and their relationships with their mothers. grandmothers. children and grandchildren. Wealth OI a Nation Until 31 December. A major exhibition of the wealth. intrinsic and otherwise. that our museums contain. Many of the items are currently poorly housed and part of the reason for the show is to drum up support for the construction of new buildings for the museum on Chambers Street.
