Peter Brook‘s enthusiasm for the space at The 'I'ramway after The Mahabarata last year has meant that these are the only British performances ofthe original 1981 production with the Centre International De CreationsTheatrales. CICI‘ shows are not often revived and this is probably the final opportunity to see Brook's economical and intense version of the story immortalized by Bizet‘sopcra. See Feature.
