This year sees the first ever Festival
of Ballads and Legends in the Borders. Running from 25 September until 1 October the Festival hopes to provide for the first time a platform to reflect the Borders‘ unique cultural heritage. and the Festival director is Judy Steel. wife ofthe Liberal Party leader, David Steel.
