o The Gorhals Story 7 :84 Scotland in the production (premiered at Mayfest) by David Hayman of Robert McLeish‘s 1940s play about life in a crowded Gorbals tenement during the post-war housing crisis. Though the production doesn‘t overcome the sentimentality bound up in the play it is buoyant; intelligent and funny and lends dignity to the characters. excellently played by the cast.
