country will be cutting the wire at military bases, in a campaign of non-violent civil disobedience. Each campaigner cuts one strand ofwire in a perimeter fence, and then gives himself/herself up for arrest to the police. There will be a meeting on Wednesday 2 June to discuss the action. Raising money lor LEPRA is one at the aims at the annual Edinburgh to St Andrews Cycle Ride on 28 June (the other is to have a good day out).
