Pablo Berger‘s joyous comedy has won just about every major Spanish feature film award going. This is a surreal. silly, unpredictable and oddly touching story of Alfredo (Javier Gamara from Talk to Her) and his wife's exploration of the Super 8 19705 porno scene. The film contains so many in jokes (ribbing everything from Bergman to the Dogme filmmakers) that this is a must for fans of art house and pornography alike. Yeah. like there‘s a difference - we are all whores.

I The Other Final Superb documentary detailing a different World Cup Final in 2002. Between Bhutan and Montserrat. the two worst teams in FIFA. Hilarious. this is a triumph for losers everywhere. JOyOUS and life affirming. Ft/thUSQ 2, Sat 76 Aug, 70. 30pm.
I Christmas Miserable as all hell. a bit like going home to your family at Christmas time. Four messed up siblings congregate in Shitsville for Yuletide with devastating results.
