From Reunion Island in the outer reaches of the Indian Ocean. Theatre Talipot is no stranger to the Fringe. The Water Carriers and Passage were acclaimed in the festivals of 1998 and 1999. respectively. Kaila. Fire looks set to combine all the colour. spectacle and music of earlier work with a new take on myths and legends indigenous to the company's homeland. and which are resonant to our own culture. The story of a chance meeting between a city couple and a rural family. the play looks like exploring deep levels of the Scottish psyche. I Pugilist Specialist The Riot Group returns with this satirical reflection on the USA's current rampant militarism.
